Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc! Also on the subject of Chinese tires, I'm convinced American classic is a predominantly chinese operation. I bought some tires and had a QC issue, wasn't able to get support through most of January, their excuse was the majority of the staff was off for Chinese New year.

Got the tires eventually and theyre great.

Wheelset is nice, who knows if its their own design. One thing to note, the description makes it seem that they are hooked, but they are hookless.. the hubs seem quality but time will tell. They do have that high tooth ratchet sound. Sounds like I'm riding a swarm of bee's, Wu-Tang forever.

Re: Chinese cycling clothes For a customer service note on Spexcel, I bought a set of cargo bibs from them and the zipper totally failed and came apart (unglued or just not stiched??) Anyways i bought them 5 months ago this was only me second ride with them. Spexcel gave me full credit and is sending me a new set. Pretty happy considering how this type of thing usually goes with Ali vendors.

I have the Ryet Gravel set on my gravel bike. They've been good so far, the hubs have that cool high tooth ratchet sound. One thing to be aware of for the gravel set is that they are hookless, the aliexpress site makes it seem like they may be hooked, but they are not.
