Re: LTWOO RX hydro sets - Bleeding from below is something I have done also with other shimano brakes. In fact I have in my MTB a 4 piston shimano XT, but I got by mistake the T8100 brake levers and they are soft to my taste no matter how much I bleed them. The LTWOO for instance feel better to me.

- Shifter cable: mine came incorrectly installed and the shifter was doing this crap: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/_vF6lKv7aeE jumping 4 teeth at a time in the ratchet. The cable was twisted !!! . I put it correctly and solved this. Still I wonder if I should have used a completely new cable after this instead of more-or-less straightening it.

- For the shift strength that is needed to apply, there is a grub screw if I remember correctly near the clamp area. Luke had the same issue, but once adjusted I believe it is ok? (mine is definitely ok after adjusting that).

- Shifting is still so-so, but it is mostly because the default pulleys are shit. Also there is no chain recommendation. I find SRAM MTB chains okeish with chinese 11-34 casette (Wuzei), but definitely not perfect. I would like to know what other people used. Maybe some Shimano 105 11-34 casette with shimano/KMC chain works better?

- Mounting of brakes: I do agree, they could have been simpler and cleaner. But not the end of the world.

- In my opinion, the spring on the rear derailleur should have been a little stronger. It works, but I find it a little soft.

So far I am happy with the groupset. I have been running it for 1 month already and maybe 800-1000 km?.  Not perfect, but reasonable and does not work worse than the Shimano GRX 810 I had before.

Re: Flyxii FE-02 Build If mixing is a goal, I actually would do the opposite. Use shimano levers with RD from ltwoo. Why? Because the 52t casette support is native. I have the grx812 with a garbaruk cage and I am not that impressed with it to be honest... . And shimano clutches are a bit crappy, at least the XTR I have in my 29er sucks BIG time.

Goat link moves the upper pulley away from the small sprocket. If shimano native already struggles with a 10t, I cannot imagine how bad would it work with a goat link...

Shimano levers are nice though. I have the 810 and they are pretty solid. Ltwoo too though.

Same story with sram+sensah. I never unserstood why people chose sram derailleur with sensah shifters. That removes the hydraulic option. I would rather do the opposite: sram shifters with hydraulic brakes and a sensah srx derailleur for a massive 52t native capacity

Re: LTWOO RX hydro sets He didn't even care to answer an email I sent to Joe (chinacycling) and him sharing my impression on the groupset (also it was me who told him about the silly screw to soften the shift lever). Joe answered and we exchanged a few tips and tricks, but Luke (tracevelo) never did. Megh.

Also, his build is nice, but he is dangerously getting to a budget that is no longer cheap compared to good/decent store/boutique bikes. For 3000 bucks you can get an electronic hydraulic bike from a 'western' brand with warranty, which in addition is endurance so no ugly spacers under the stem ...

Re: LTWOO RX hydro sets I haven't tried the Juin Tech, but the zrace br002 were a bit shitty. Having hydros now I wouldn't consider going back to mechanical.

Re: Shipping times, Post Covid.
Speaking of shipping...  (Just venting here)
Presently, I have 2 problems in terms of shipping.

One item ordered Feb. 7th that arrived in New York on March 17th, stated on 3/19/23 Out for delivery [United States]United States ,Arrived JingWai Transit Ju  .   Grrr.

Second item, a set of ZTTO hydraulic brakes was ordered on March 7th, says that on 2023-03-20 19:33 Delivered MIAMI, FL 33181, Delivered, at mailbox.  Problem is that I live in Montana, not in Florida.  Seller is being no help at all.   They responded:

The specific date of the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please understand the inconvenience caused to you. If the goods are not received within the time limit, you can apply for a refund. However, if the goods arrive, please return them to us. The freight is at your own expense. Do you think it is OK

Basically they say file for an Aliexpress refund after the delivery time limit expires.  (That's like May 7th.)  I guess I will try to start the refund process.

Fake shipment tracking number. I am sorry but that seller is trying to scam you. Open a dispute.

Re: LTWOO RX hydro sets 1) check that the cable is routed correctly, mine was not.
2) there is a screw, if I remember correctly it is on the side of the clamp / the one that faces the handlebar, to adjust the tightness. Maybe yours is too loose / tight.

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc! Wow, at that price there is no way I would get them instead of 105 di2.
