Re: Chinese cycling clothes PSA: Not chinese but the decathlon RC500 is often on sale at 30€ in europe and has excellent reviews. Not sure why there would be a need to gamble on ali

Re: Carbonda Gravel Carbon frame CFR707
Whom should I contact in Carbonda about purchasing the frame? Is it info@carbonda.com, or is it better to contact someone in particular?
In my experience a year and a half ago, better to contact someone in particular.
Contacting "info" I never got a response. I then emailed adam@carbonda and got a response.

You can also deal with "wing" but i don't know the exact email

Re: Carbonda CFR-696 (Flybike FM696) Gravel Frame I've got one. Ordered in december. First self build and first gravel bike for me
The contact, painting, shipping and frame quality overall was good and I would trust carbonda again. I just got a little confused with the triple port piece because I ran full housing

Here is my full build specs, 2250€ in gravel setup with a powermeter and without accessories. 8.4kg without accessories iirc (weight might be a little off because I didn't weigh grease, sealant, chain was weighed uncut, forgot to weigh tires so used the advertised)

I'm gonna be honest: Despite it being 95% finished for months, I don't ride it. I've taken it on a couple short test rides and I find the geometry very awkward. The stack is extremely low and I have more spacers than on my road bike and still don't have as much stack and the frame has a HORRIBLE toe overlap issue. No other words, it's atrocious. Don't understand how I had not seen anyone complain before I bought mine
I would go with carbonda again, but certainly not for a 696.

Re: Chinese cycling clothes And even then, a 39-45 sock is kind of a joke. No such thing exists, they are probably loose if you are a 39 and will be tight and uncomfortable at 45

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc! The IGS630 is apparently coming soon to aliexpress at 180 dollars on the changye store (which I think is the official IGPSport store)

Re: Need help: race/aggressive gravel frame I'm with you, the YFR068 ticks all the boxes but I wouldn't order a frame that has so many QC issues

Re: Groupset News
That's nice to see...so in future when Shimano 11s hydraulic levers will be no longer available,  there will be an option to fix broken levers.
Considering you can still find good condition groupsets from the 90s on the used market, I think the 12s hydraulic sensah shifters will be extinct before shimano 11s shifters lol

Thoughts on this super light, one piece $100 stem? Size 100 clocks in at 68 grams. Disaster waiting to happen?

I think this was discussed somewhere in another thread. Someone worded it nicely, only buy if you don't value your teeth. A cheap copy of an already very fragile product can't be trustworthy. If you're that worried about weight, the classic cheap UNO stem and shaving your pubes will yield the same result for cheaper and is safer
