Re: Velobuild VB-R-168 Frame Realized I never posted completed bike
Completed for around $2200 with all mistakes included
- Sensah Empire x SRAM components
- FSA headset for ease of service and adjustment
- Bars and stem from OG-EVKIN
- Rims from Peter on this forum, I built them myself on Ryet hubs

Dialing in fit still but very happy with the miles I've done so far.
Only issue I've had is the VB bottle cages, one of them had the bottom tab fail

Re: Velobuild VB-R-168 Frame I have a internal routing cable kit but found it much easier to route the cables with a brake cable following the techniques from this youtube video

Re: Velobuild VB-R-168 Frame You still need 160mm adapters. The compatibility means that the frame and fork are both strengthened enough to handle force generated by 160mm rotors while braking.

Re: Velobuild VB-R-168 Frame
Did you really put S-Works decals on your frame?

What's it to you? Let the man do what he wants. I find it good jest to be honest.

Re: Velobuild VB-R-168 Frame Just picked up my frame today. Gotta say, I’m pretty impressed with the quality, at a glance. Especially the paint job turned out better than expected! Once I get some white decals on, it’ll bridge the transition real nice, I believe

It’s a tribute to PatLino. I know you can’t get enough of my decals!  ;D
