Re: Carbonda Gravel Carbon frame CFR707
Thanks again.
Just to have an idea and compare different frames, around which value of reach/top tube I should stay in order to obtain neutral/comfortable position (not race or aggressive)?
I'm 174, my gravel is a gra02 size 54(medium), saddle height 72.5, 100mm stem and 2,5 cm of headset cover +spacer.
I think 390 reach on the medium 707 is too much for you, you will feel overstreched with more than 70-80 mm stem. With short stem on a dropbar i feel the steering becomes very direct and a bit twitchy.
For fast gravel roads, S sounds better for lower stack (more aero position) longer stem (more planted)  and more seatpost equal more flex and more confort.
But M can do the job too, it will behave more like MTB.

Re: New Airwolf YFR056- Winow GF23 - CW GT30 - SPCycle G058 gravel frame 700x50, T47 I could be wrong but I think your question is more of a gearing question and depends on the kind of riding that you do... small teeth number up front, slow speeds. Big teeth up front, high speeds

Re: TanTan Seraph GR048 build Not yet! It is supposed to arrive in the UK on the 25th March....that will be nearly two months from ordering a standard paint colour (turquoise).  At least SP have been responsive on Ali Messenger and I have bought frames from them before so am not fretting too much.

The tracks, roads and trails round me are so water-logged still that it probably hasn't impacted my riding too much.  I'll post some pics as soon as it arrives.

The build will be:

GRX800 1x
ElitaOne post (120gr after cutting down) & saddle (120gr)
80mm Uno stem
180gr Compact carbon road bar
Handbuilt Novatec/Sapim/Pacenti 25s I have hanging around from a commuting build
Silly light rotors from Ali Express
Panaracer GK SK43 run tubeless
XTR SPDs

....an probably some heavy-ass mudguards for most of the year.

Interested to see if it is actually any faster than my SPCyles M-05 XC hardtail with 2.35 Thunder Burt/Racing Ralph combination on milder trails.  This is going to be a winter build in due course so it doesn't really matter! I suspect I know the answer though: it won't be any faster....not that it matters.  Who wants to be first home anyway - particularly when 75% of my rides are solo.

Re: New Airwolf YFR056- Winow GF23 - CW GT30 - SPCycle G058 gravel frame 700x50, T47
what I mean is if with a small chainring, the chain could touch the frame when is on some cogs?

You should ask the seller. Alternatively, if need be, you can probably use a shim. I 3d printed a thin shim on the drive side on my gf002 to run a 50/34. The 34T was just eating the chainstay. Different chainsets have different Q factors too, so a Shimano crank may not have had this problem: it's a confusing area but shims are part of the trade.

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc!
Has anyone been able to use the $80 off coupon yet (anniversary sale)?
Yes.  I applied one to my order this morning.

Hello, someone has tested ztto t47 bb for gravel? Does it work fine? thanks

I've installed several ztto bb86 ones (the normal ones basically, for 24mm axles). They're great. Assuming the t47 format is the same press fit tech of one aluminum sleeve that screws into the other and crates something rigid in one piece, I wouldn't worry and I'd order it.

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc! T47 is actually not the same format as any PF or PF-thread together type bottom brackets. It is pretty much oversized threaded BSA BB which has two cups that thread into the frame. They don't need to form a bond with thread-together metal sleeve. There is a sleeve in the middle but it is dumb and made of plastic, at least on WM T47 BB.

Having said that I have the good old BSA BB by ZTTO with ceramic bearing on a road bike and it is fine. The ceramic bearing part is of no consequence so just get the normal steel bearing model, it should be fine. In my opinion ZTTO generally makes okay products.

Re: TanTan Seraph GR048 build
Can I ask you if with chain on smallest cog and on 34t chainring, the chain touch orr i very close to the chainstay?

There's like 5mm gap between the chainstay and the chain (on the upper pulley), when B-tension is set correctly. If that's what you meant?
