Re: Workswell WCB-G 358 Finished:

Instead Shimano 105 i have opted for SRAM Force AXS.

The integrated handlebar don't make me confidente so i switch to Ritchey Logic Switch stem and headset and Easton AX handlebar.

Re: Carbonda FM909
That's very strong!
May I ask what you had to pay >:( ?
Those carbon spokes are really not cheap  ;D

$1,550 shipped to Europe
Which is about $300 more than with Sapim CX-Ray

I'll build one 909 for me in the coming weeks.
And ordered wheels even lighter.
I'll report about them when received.

https://a.aliexpress.com/_EupLGzJ

I purchased two pairs, my first first into non-black bibs and wow!
Even on long rides.
Bought another two and now, I only ride with these.
The only issue is that the S size are two cm short on the leg for me.

Re: Carbonda FM909

11.3kg with pedals and bottle cages. ~3700€ total build cost with Sid/Sidluxe Ultimate, XT M8100 everything and cheap Go-Zone wheels with Novatec Hubs

Finished building it up last week already and rode 120km on local trails. Initial impressions are very positive. Bike feels light, fast, pedals well and nothing creaks or rattles. Fills the gap between my gravel bike and a chunkier trail bike very well :)

Still waiting for frame plugs as a last finishing touch. Will get some more from Carbonda, the ones from AliExpress already arrived. Lets see which ones fit best.

Re: Chinese cycling clothes
Although the stuff i have currently (besides the jacket with the holes) is nice , I won't order again at Spexcel. It's just not worthy to have a roulette game regarding sizes. And then there was the bad reaction from the seller also. Mistakes happen.. but if they happen and the reaction is like this...
I can spend my money somewhere else!
I think I already shared here my experience with Spexcel, but somewhat similar...

got a jersey which was an XS instead of an 'S' according to size table, managed to get refund but the seller communication was no good. I ended up getting 2 other jerseys from them, which I got a very nice price and decided to take the risk, those were very good and size according to table
but the times I tried to talk with the seller about products, clear doubts about details, it's not good (and not only language barrier, like I get with most stores on AliEx)

so the feeling is the same, I prefer to spend my money somewhere else

Re: Chinese cycling clothes so, received this last week this new gillet from YKYW
it's not all 'seamless' as sold, but it indeed has the seams covered on the most exposed areas. Fabric is thin, really light, and comfortable. I've folded it when riding to put on the back pocket and got impressed at the small size of it.

now YKYW just launched some new colored jerseys, very different from the 'common' offers
I need to control myself. lol. I'm not riding a lot outside these last months, and just can't handle the current amount of clothing I have, still I'm buying more. lol

The sad story...I really wanted this jacket  :'(. I didn't want it for free and also I didn't want to have something that is pretty much too large to wear. I really like my first jacket,  it's a great fabric.I wanted to have a second one  :o
try taking a look at YKYWB portfolio, on the beginning they seemed to mimic Spexcel's offers so it's possible they have a similar product
I have a thermal bib from them and really like it, comfortable, and it's a thin fleeced fabric

Re: SROAD lightweight cassettes
Well.... i have two rear derailleurs from the 8000 Ultegra line. One mechanic, one di2. So the newest 11 speed derailleur.
My 11-34 and 11-32 Sroad cassettes are working perfectly on both of them. Since 2500 and 3000km.
I would strongly doubt that the interpretation from trace velo is correct.

That’s good to know, indeed. Thx for sharing.
For what it’s worth: I’ve been using both the 11 and the 12sp version of these cassettes with three different Campagnolo drivetrains. They’ve been working flawless with each one of them.
The 12sp cassette however I did have to put a small spacer behind. My rear wheel uses j bend spokes in a Novatec hub. So these protrude a tiny bit further towards the DS from the hub shell. That was enough to make the cassette spider touch the spokes when I put it on the freehub without a spacer. I think on a hub with straight pull spokes, I’d have no such issue.

Re: Which frame could it be? BALDISO Air Flight One These boutique shops are funny. They're essentially selling painted OEM chinese frames at the price of an SL7.
"material: carbon". Lol.
Not sure whether it's infuriating or pathetic.

Re: Which frame could it be? BALDISO Air Flight One
It looks a lot like the Workswell WCB-R-306

https://www.workswellbikes.com/race/wcb-r-306-disc-brake.html

Especially with the angular top bit of the seatstays.

Insanly good looking frame and very light according to the workswell website.

I actually already had this on the screen, but the Gemoetrie table does not fit.
But visually I find it very similar from the photos.
