Re: Light Carbon LCFS917 XC Frame Howdy!

I am new to this forum.  I have built 2 carbon hardtails for my kids and have laced carbon rims to my store bought gravel bike.

I placed an order for the LCFS917 this week.  They are already mocking up my decals so I hope the frame gets shipped this week.  They either had some extras on the shelf or they are selling some b grades.  I certainly hope the former.

Re: Velobuild VB-R-168 Frame
Hello everybody,
thank you admin of the forum for accepting my registration, i am writing from Italy, I apologize for my non perfect English.
I ordered the frame VB-168 size 52 handlebars integrated 40/100, and are in stress, for waiting. :o
I will set up the bike with a sram group Red Etap AXS 12V, ordered in Germany and in a few days coming ::)
I can't wait to assemble everything.
I read all the pages, and thank you for all suggestions.

I ask for help to those who have already mounted brake DISC SRAM FORCE or RED:
Have you detached the pipe from the caliper or lever?
And inserted pipe from the rear frame towards fork or on the contrary?
Did you spurge?

Thanks in advance
Davide

p.s. I'll keep you updated and I'll do photos.

Hello Davide,
this is my Velobuild 168 with SRAM RED. Like the arrows, you need to guide the cables. And as already written that first of all !!

Greetings Werner

Hello all!  I am 6'2 with 34 inseam and can't decide between a L or XL FM936.  Any thoughts or feedback from those who have built theirs up?  Thanks!

go XL. I'm similar, albeit slightly shorter legs and went for a L. It just felt really short when seated and a compromise. yes, the seat tube on the XL is pretty big, but the fit will be better.

Really depends on what you personally find the most comfortable. I'm about the same size and went for a L because it more closely matches the geo of my current bike that I intend to do all my training on....

What do you currently ride and how does it relate to this frame?
