Re: Elite Wheels - Hubs Question & Tubeless vs Clincher
...If you are only riding road, stay away from tubeless all together...

Maybe you had some bad luck or poor sealant or tires combination.
I ride tubeless tires on my road bike for about 3-4 years now.
This year so far without a flat for ~8,400km.
With Orange sealant, the regular one. And GP5000 tires.

Tubeless rims have a special bead profile that retains better the tire on it.
And in the center has a deeper groove for an easier mount.

Re: LCFS 958 build help
I just ordered a LCFS958.  I have a question for those of you that have have built one already. Has anyone run a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock or any piggyback reservoir shock? If not, for those with the frame, would a shock with a piggyback fit?
Thank you in advanced!

Doubtful, except maybe for one or two unusually shaped shocks (possibly DVO’s forthcoming Topaz 3 with sideways piggyback but I’d be a bit surprised if even that fit). The down tube curve is too close to the shock.

Re: LCFS 958 build help
Well, I found a thread on MTBR that indicates it's possible to run the RS Super Deluxe Ultimate RTC on the FS958 but the switch may not be accessible.

FWIW

I'm the poster on that mtbr thread. I didn't have any issues with the fitting of the super deluxe and I didn't have to modify it in any way. And I eventually got the right dropper to be able to fit a 180mm without the kink in the frame getting in the way.
