That's straight up awful in 2024.
27mm external means you can't run 28C tyres, as they will mushroom out, slowing you down. So it largely negates the benefit of a 50mm deep wheel --> severaly outdated design.
The weight for such a narrow rim wheelset, with carbon spokes, is also really bad. In fact they do say they use T700 carbon, which nobody should be using in wheels, unless they want to ride really low end stuff. You can get a quote from Peter from Xiamen carbon speed for full T800 rims that will cost much less, be much lighter, wider, and better.

That wheelset is objectively a dog of a product in 2024.
