I think tires will have a bigger impact on comfort than the frame. This frame will fit 32c tires so if you need max comfort go that route.
The good news is you can still find the alloy version of those bars rebranded as "Control Tech" on Amazon. A few bucks more expensive than the Prime branded version, but the ergonomics are the best in my collection of bars.

On mine, the hanger would rattle loose (could probably use some loctite) and the screw isn't the highest quality. So with a small wrench and retightening, I have had the wrench slip a couple of times. I bought an extra as backup, a cheap part to have a backup on.
I agree it is frustrating. For what its worth, the yxbikes ebay store offers the frame with axles and headset all together at the lowest price.
While you are at it, I would buy a spare hanger from the flyxii official store accessories.

...from the photos on Aliex it doesn't look different than regular TA dropouts. Is it reversible 12/15mm threaded insert?
I got the cane creek eesilk stem from the same seller, doesn't look too bad. The switch doesn't have any writing on it to tell you if you're on the soft or hard setting like the genuine. The machining on the inside of the stem is a bit rough but the finish on the exterior looks similar. Because of the questionable nature of the stem, I question if there is a difference between the different elastometers
