Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Carbonda 1056 - VB-R-066 - or something else?

Scoured the posts and seen plenty of advice on both the Carbonda 1056 and the Velobuild 066 (disc).

Is there anything of similar style (endurance, tall stack, shortish reach) out there that I've missed?

Must be disc, lighter the better, clearance for 28c & mudguard/fender, preferably BSA but not a deal breaker.
