I'm 95% sure that what they mean is proprietary seatpost. Seen this on many different listings of different frames (specialized as in made specially for the frame)

Couple of questions - Aliexpress listing shows that 4 spacera are included, are they 10mm spacers or 5mm? Or a mix of two?

Do you perhaps know what's the offset of the searpost? It looks to be around 15mm, but just want to make sure. Still not sure if geometry of the bike is what I want - both seat tube amd head tube angles are pretty slack. The bike should be super steady at higher speeds, but I can't say I want a dead steering either

I'm seeing this at 740 USD. Which would put them in line with Farsports.
I dont understand the carbon they use, it seems confusing on purpose. But if it weighs 1495g in 65mm, it's great. I got a farsports quote of 1495g for 58mm tubeless, it's a material difference in depth / material used. Same spokes (pillar wing 20). Except my quote has 24mm inner (30mm external), and yours 21mm.

Which Farsports wheel are these? Hecause I've just chexked their homepage and cheapest disc brake wheelset I could find was $1500

Ah, their other website does have cheaper options... Though the website is absolute mess

How about Light bicycle WR65? You can spec them with few different hubs, they are 25mm inner width, 32mm outer width

No, this is the BOB option. Part matte and part glossy. The pics that Patrick posted are all glossy over the naked carbon I believe

I see, thanks for clearing that up. I'll probably order this frame as well, had few different options but it seems like this frame has the mix of good looks, decent clearance for tyres and threaded BB. And the handlebar seems to be the same as The One/Kovlici/Rpantahi etc

Please do let us know what you think about the frame when you receive it

So I wrote them an email and asked for quote on size 54 frame. Got the following answer:

"Thanks for your inquiry about the LCR017-D size 54cm,
Frame set including frame+ seat post (SP03) + fork + handlebar  (HBR13 supper light handlebar)+ seat clamp+ head set+ front & rear thru-axle, and two hangers for rear derailleur.
Color: UD matt, (painting customized is acceptable with extra cost.)
Supper light version price is USD$805/set including shipping cost and all taxes to Lithuania, loading time is about 70 days,
Normal weight version price is USD$763/set  including shipping cost and all taxes to Lithuania, loading time is about 50 days,
if change the handlebar to normal weight handlebar HBR11, cost can be cheaper about USD$20"

So it seems like the frames are built to order and multiple levels of specs are available. 800 bucks all in for a handlebar, thru axles and a 900g frame isn't so bad

They don't advertise the frame with Trek logo, so it is no different from Velobuild/TanTan, etc.

115
I did see it on their website. Considering that there have been replica frames on Aliexpress for a while now, it's entirely possible that they either bought the mold or are just reselling the same frameset

The numbers do seem correct ( I've put the numbers in www.bikegeo.net) . Whether it makes sense to have such a geometry for that bike size I don't know. Maybe compare it with some other brands and make your conclusion?

I see. I compared it against Supersix Evo 4 and Cannondale seems to follow the same logic of playing around with angles to make some measurements like wheelbase roughly similar. However, that bike does have steady increase on stack and reach as opposed to LightCarbon. 520 stack and 390 reach is CRAZY aggressive.

Another thing I wonder about is steerer tube - SSE 4 uses a delta steerer to make room for integrated cables.

118
So... Has anyone ordered the LCR017-D frame yet? I was taking a second look at their geometry chart and it seems like a mess. I am no bike expert, but size 49 frame should not have longer wheelbase than size 54, right?

My buddy's SRAM carbon crankset is just as fragile, his crank arm literally fell off during a ride. There's a reason Shimano sticks with alloy. Not to mention the Japanese themselves literally invented 7075 alloy.

Sadly, Shimano's cranks aren't bullet proof either

That's a meh from me. The cranks are as expensive as western brands and they are not even available. For $100 less you can get the nice racework carbon cranks

To be fair, their weight is comparable to Sram Red crankarms (400 Onirii vs 380 Sram), which are quite a bit more expensive. Force cranks cost about the same, but are 480 grams.

As for Racework cranks, they are GXP and use 24mm aluminium spindle, which are 2 downsides compared to Onirii
