bottlecage has been mounted

drilled two holes in the frame using a self-built template

inserting a rivert nut and tighten it with a self-built tool using a screw and a screw nut

worked very well

67
Moved the saddle a Bit,
Problem is That i like the length Right next to the stem,
But the brake is a little  Bit to wide
Think about to Switch to a 420/10 handlebar

68
After the first rides incl. climbs one tip from my side

the handlebar is curved to the front, more than expected after the pictures,
would recommand to take 2 cm shorter stem

Next issue

today recieved the bottle holder in oil slick look, very nice,
but i haven't noticed that the frame has no thread for that,  ::)

so i have to make a hole and insert one,
hopefully i don't have to paint the frame again, we will see

Looking for a 26" wheelset for disc-brakes 12 speed and xd cassetts
any idea on that?

72
cable have been routed like on the picture iadded

front brake in front of the fork to the right
rear brake on the left side of the fork just a few cm above the front brake cable

turning now is very smooth, just if i turn the handelbar 90° there is a little bit of scratching

73
Weight of my Build 8,4 kg
Maybe i switch to tubeless to Safe a Little Bit of weight

74
I'm sure you thought about moving the saddle to the front with the 80mm?

i have an ergon saddle with approximately 3cm space, that would be enough to compensate, maybe not so good for her knees
in combination with moving the cleats on the shoes i'm sure you get 10mm out

75
i realy love the handlebar from velobuild,

what about taking a smaller frame and a 90mm stem,
depending on the stack/ arm length of your wife this could fit
