Yup, as above. Definitely looks like post mount caliper and flat mount fork. Photo isn't 100% clear though.

Basically. That's how something like 99% of expander plugs work. Some Cervelo's have a plug you glue in place rather than an expanding plug.

Yeah I agree with Schumo. That first one you linked looks like a straight purple. Maaaaaybe it has the slightest shift to red at high angle.

Those microspacers are easy to snip to fit an integrated headset.
Sometimes the simple solution is easy to miss. Woops  :-[

On a traditional headset those microspacers would help. In this case the cables get in the way so the spacers don't cleanly slide over the steerer.

Another vote for lightbicycle. You should probably also look at 32H. The very minor weight hit will likely be worth it for durability and ride quality at your weight.

First of all make sure your headest is properly adjusted. I find it easiest to turn your wheel 90 degrees and hold the front brake. Rock the bike forwards and backwards and there should be no movement from the fork/headset interface.

Secondly make sure all contact surfaces are well greased. Bearings in the frame. Between the bearings and the fork. Between the handlbar and the fork. Between the fork and the axle and any ot her contact surfaces.

You'll want a tool something like this or this. I can't vouch for either as I haven't used them although I'm planning to buy one to do the same thing.

Sorry, that was directed at the comment above mine which is less obvious with the new page. Suggesting you should just keep riding it was a little ridiculous.

Please tell me you are joking?

Strongly considering getting one of these. Any thoughts on whether I should go with the ICAN version or the Carbonda version and why?

Workswell list a handlebar which might suit although it appears to currently only be renders so I suspect its not yet in production.

Token have some headsets and stems avaliable. Not sure exactly where you can purchase them though.

FSA have their ICR series of products although I'm not sure there have a headset to suit this frame. Link to the stem below which shows the setup.

Looks great. You weren't tempted to go with the routing through the headset?

What do you mean by "More aggressive than normal"? What's "normal" to you? Are we talking stack/reach? Angles? BB Height?
