I'm okay with the low durability. It's the subpar shifting experience I can't live with. All is not lost though. I have another Chinese cassette called jfoyh or something weird like that and it's as good as Ultegra 8000 just a little lighter. I didn't see that brand making mtb style big cassettes though. May be I should look deeper. On even cheaper side than Sunshine, there's Think Rider whose cassettes are about $17 for 11-46. I might give it a try.

Thinkrider cassette I had that came with the Thinkrider trainer was bad. There was one gear that I had difficulty in getting into.
Sunshine I was ok with it.
Now I am waiting to test my SRoad one when the weather gets warmer.

Component Deals & Selection / Re: LTWOO RX hydro sets

I just saw this version of the Ltwoo hydraulic shifters being sold with alloy shift levers? I didn't see these on the official Ltwoo AliEx store either:

GR9 hydraulic:

R9 hydraulic:
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804911363509.html

The launch from L-twoo is supposed to be 11s (alloy and carbon version) and 12s carbon only. The 11s alloy was supposed to be the cheapest entry to hydraulic disc. Not bad in pricing.

But didn't know they offer 12s with Aluminum too? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005035663529.html that is a better deal.

The first set I have probably around 9K km on it and the second set around 2K km.

I had the option to choose Novatec or Powerway Hubs and Ih heard more people perfer the Powerway Hubs over navatrc for reliability. Powerway Hubs are also lighter too. Getting spare freehubs was not a problem, picked one up for around $35. Bearings can also easily be ordered through bearing suppliers.

Why not order from AliExpress? They have a store there. You might have more option to customize colour, finish, etc. Through their Ali store. If you are going with Powerway R13 hubs, see if you can request for the 6 paw over 3 paw free body. Sounds a lot better too.

Looks like they carry superteam wheels. I have two sets of Superteam wheels with the Powerway R13 hubs. One set is 3-4 years old and my second set has 1year on it, both is still going strong. A little heavier compared to other wheels like Elite but they have been solid.

Friend also have a set that is 3 years old without issues.

Bought mine Ali and Amazon for around the same price.

Not Ali-ex but anyone going the weight-weenie route, I don't think there is any lighter cassette than this? The 11s cassette weighs just 118 grams. My ultralight 1 piece Sunshine cassette from Ali-ex weighs exactly 225 grams which I thought was pretty light compared to equivalent Shimano one but this is straight 100 grams saving over that. Sounds crazy.
I had not heard of this website or brand before but they seem to have some pretty unique bits and pieces for sale:

https://bdopcycling.com/product/bdop-alloy-cassette-shimano-sram-11spd-1128t/

The Campy cassette is on clearance at $90. Not cheap but its weight weenie stuff to core.

Why not the SRoad cassette 11s 11-28T, my one measured to be 185g. At least it is not 100% aluminum. The only downside was the lockring that my one came with was more like cheese (aluminum)...

L-Twoo 12 speed hydraulic groupset has dropped on AliEx! I'm tempted, but I'm in no rush!

BTW - This seller is top notch, they send photos of the item and package before shipping and my last item I ordered from them arrived within a 1 1/2 weeks to the US from China.

Wasn't the official LTWoo press release the price is suppose to be a lot lower? I guess we'll got to see when it is officially in the LTwoo store to see what the price should actually be.

unlike speed, power does not show on my Wahoo BOLT until I start a ride or workout.

Did you try spinning the crank to wake up the power meter? Once I have woken it up, my bike computer (non Wahoo) can see it.

Looks like they have changed the shifter ergonomics!

The split page still doesn't seem to work.

I have the xcadey Power-S spider power meter with the zrace RX crank combo since the beginning of the year. Seems to be working ok for me and had a few firmware update along the way. Power numbers seems about right when looking the at  numbers compared to the trainer.

Installation was straight forward minus the bolt pattern offset doesn’t seem right, couldn't get the pin on the chanring to be behind the crank arm. Also the offset of the spider vs. The zrace spider is off by 1mm so needed to adjust the front derailleur

But I could recommend using Xcadey from my experience (sample size of 1)

I am running this for quite a few years now.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000932423995.html

Works great but the spacer they provide is ABS which if you torque the bolt correctly it will get crushed and becomes kind of useless. I had to get some alloy ones made up and fixed the issue.

I have ordered another one (in red) and somehow that one came with an alloy spacer.

Or can you ask the hub supplier for a technical drawing of the hub? Normally hub suppliers will provide that info and we can see the bearings for it

They stop clicking, you can still depress the shift mechanism slightly but it seems pretty obvious that it is the end.
Ok sounds like they have fixed it. The 11 speed seems to keep clicking according to Tracevelo. Also did they add the washer for the clamp bolt?

I have got my hands on this groupset including a nice looking L-TWOO branded crankset, everything seems really decent quality. Unfortunately there is a small cut on one of the shifter hoods that I suspect was caused by the shift cable abrading it in transit.

That looks like a zrace Rx crank. Do you know if the shifters still click once it reaches the end of the index or does it stop?
