Thanks for the quick reply, it does appear sigeyi and xcadey make pms for that standard, so that's at least an option.

I used FrankenSram setup on my TT bike. 1x, only blips and derailleur are Sram.
Decided to start with cheaper ZTTo cassette for around 45 USD, YBN SLA Chain and Pass Quest NW Oval chainrings. Works flawlessly, so in case you want more efficient chain or don't like SRAM drivetrain, change the freehub for shimano standard, it works fine. The only thing I would change is going to Shimano-like pulleys, but so far I'm fine with what I have.
Maybe this one? They claim that it will work:

Has anyone out in the real world been able to quantify whether or not the square downtube is actually causing significant drag? Meaning, does the riding dynamics on road feel draggy? Can you actually tell?
FYI - the ZRace XG calipers have been working fine at least for road. Nothing wrong with LTwoo calipers and they might be better if aero is a priority, but since I focus more on climbing I prefer the weight drop of the XG calipers. I've been using them on both my mechanical Ultegra and ER9 bikes with no problems so far.
