I suggest using PETG for this box, as it offers flexibility aswell as heat stability and UV resistance. Both pieces can be printed without support if you flip them to the flat side in your slicer. If you have the time and inclination, could you make a second version, extending up to the second threaded hole, so the box has more volume?

I asked chris from VB. Basebar 400 / 420 / 440mm -> 81,5 / 101,50 / 120,50mm
