very good, i ordered one on aliexpres but i fear i will have the same problem with those too.
these ones she sent you seem great, they have increased the tolerance a lot they are 8.20mm.
let us know if they fit as soon as you mount them. thanks.

So far the "overforking" is great! I got it used with a 140mm air spring and figured I'd try it in the longer configuration before reducing the stroke if necessary. I know.. it's the only bottle cage i had laying around.
I wouldn't describe the saddle as flexy. I have one on my gravel bike that i have liked and they're only $35.
What kind of fork is this? Does it have variable travel?

How do you feel about the 140mm travel fork?
The bike is very nice overall, it has a less light assembly than mine, more in "enduro" style.
How does the saddle behave? Doesn't it flex?
The only criticism is that bottle cage...... it deserves carbon

Here I am guys, I finally managed to try the bike.
the assembly is as follows:
-Frame fm121 size XL
-fox 32 120mm fork
-fox 190x45 shock absorber
-fox remote control for both.
-reynholds wheels carbon rims internal 30mm channel
-sram GX axs T-type derailleur
-gx axs roker shifter
-ztto 10-52 ult cassette
-sram flat-top chain
-sram xx1 175mm crankset 32t crown
-crankbrothers egg beather 3.0 pedals with titanium axle
-brakes: slx levers zrace calipers 2+4 pistons
-andreani 180mm discs
-specialized fast track + ground control 2.35 tires
-syncros fraise -10 70mm flat handlebar (to be replaced soon with syncros hixon with 25mm rise)
-dt-suisse d232 ONE telescopic seatpost wolf tooth components remote control
-pro stealth saddle
Weight 11.5kg (you could still remove a lot but for me ok)
Today for the first ride I did some settings, I will give you more exhaustive opinions later in time also because with this handlebar I have a lot of saddle-handlebar difference in height and I don't feel very comfortable.
However, the first impressions are already very positive.
I hope you like it and I accept advice for aesthetics and assembly in general.

Have anyone done drilling a hole at the bottom of BB to drain water out?  How did that go?
In my frame there is already a small hole of about 3mm from the factory

When I assembled the frame I saw that the bearings are of very poor quality. I assembled them anyway but I expect that they will have to be replaced soon. I am still finishing the final assembly but the noise at the shock absorber pin is already making it without having used it even once.

This is the pin they sent me but it makes a lot of noise even without using the bike.

I asked vivian from tantan today and he confirmed that 4 piston calipers are not compatible, while the 180 disc can be mounted with an adapter. I don't think they even know, they get the information from the experience of us users who assemble their frames.

The specifications say it supports a maximum of 160 at the rear. Another user had problems with a 4-piston brake disc, talk to the Tantán sales representative. These frames should be prepared for 4 pistons, they will lose sales.

I'm fine with 2 pistons in my departure area.

I ordered a size M with 180 and it's great.

did you mount 180mm with 2 piston caliper? and is it ok?

I don't know when I'll be able to test it yet, now I'm also having problems with the rear brake caliper.
My initial idea was to mount a 180mm disc with a 4-piston caliper.
I've now discovered that the 4-piston caliper hits the seat stay even with the 180mm disc.
What brake calipers do you mount? and what disc diameter?
do you have a photo of the detail to understand the spaces?
this assembly is making me struggle a bit, I think I won't test it before 2 weeks.

thank you very much for the pictures, from what you can see your frame is different from mine, between the wall where the hole is and the housing of the shock absorber sheath there is just 20mm that allow the sheath to bend to fit into place.
mine on the other hand has no space, the point where the sheath is inserted is against the frame so it does not allow the movement necessary to be able to move, and also the sheath has no space to move laterally.
I made a drastic decision and with a dremel I created a window by widening the hole all the way to the left so that the sheath can reach the cable attachment straight.
a lot of white dust came out.
now it is not perfectly aligned but at least I was able to mount it.
your shock absorber is different from mine I have the air valve and red knob located at the bottom and the blue lever at the top. you will struggle if you have to make adjustments.
mine was mounted on an orbea oiz in the same way.
then I had to invent the teflon bushing that goes to the rear attachment by cutting the original fox ones, I also moved the fork so as to have the screw with the head at the top because I had no way to insert it from below.
this assembly really made me suffer, it's true that shock absorbers are not all the same but in my case the space was really tight, impossible to assemble.
I'll post some photos to make you understand.

There should be a hole here for cable routing, blue circle.

where you put the blue circle there is no hole.

This photo is taken from my friend's painting. If you put the shock absorber like this, you won't be able to use the bottle holder because the cable will get into the water container. We had to put the shock absorber back on like I have it, hidden cable.

I don't understand, could you please post a photo of how you assembled it? Thanks.

I haven't had that problem with my Fox Float DPS shock. But it is true that I don't think there would be any problem in enlarging the hole, with great care.

However, I know that I would tell Rose about those problems. He told me that we should let him know about any small details that could be improved. As happened with the 7.6 shock shaft.
I am in touch with Vivian, this morning she replied to me by sending a couple of photos. According to them the sheath should make a sort of S and go underneath. I am not convinced by this thing. Could you send me some photos of yours? Thanks
