I think for now there is quick pro er:one in that category. Big Rock Aero has also deep front end. TanTan x65 has massive tubes shape all around.

Surely, the claimed fork weight of 195g on the TanTan website is a mistake, right?
Yeah, It should be 395 probably.

Nice built! Love the color. You don't have brake caliper aero cover on the fork. Special order? How the overall built went?

First step is done, the groupset arrived at the warehouse of my shipping agent. Now i just need them to pack it and ship it to germany. I could theoretically ask them to get rid of the boxes to save some money on shipping but i think it would be safer to leave it as it is to ensure the parts arrive without any damages. Saving 20€ on shipping isn't worth destroying the groupset.
I'm waiting for the results. Maybe I will do the same with import to Poland.

What is the rim height you need? We have 24mm gravel rims, 30mm 360g; 40mm 400g; 50mm 430g

I saw this 50mm, but I'm not sure about what this offset gives. I'm looking for road specific rims in that size. You should think about that rim type and ex 50 front/58 rear mm deep pairs.

Toray T1000 + Mitsubishi M40,Each rim weighs about 390g
I would like to see same spec rim but with 24-25 mm internal width, sub 400g rims.  Is there something like this coming?

Very nice!
I'm curious, would you be able to make a pie chart with who is buying gravel frames from you, vs who is buying road frames?
I feel that in continental Europe, gravel is not too popular, and i suspect it's very popular in the US.
So, pie chart 1 could be gravel frame sales per shipping destination: US X%, Germany Y%...
and pie chart 2 could be road frame sales per shipping destination.

I'm in Europe, and nobody around me has even said the word gravel in months. I have 2 gravel bikes in a friend's attic i havent touched in 1y. And the other gravel frames i built for friends are being used with road tyres only...
That'd be very cool to see.
In Poland gravel racing are the most popular bike race right now. It's hundreds of them around country.

The new high-performance carbon spoke wheels have been designed and tested for durability, light weight and reliability. Here are the key features:
Wheel Depth: 50mm
Inner Width: 21mm
Spoke Count: 20H
Spoke Material: 3.4mm carbon spokes (lightweight and very strong)
Hubs: Custom designed hubs with steel bearings for smooth and long-lasting performance
Total Wheel Weight: 1200g.
To ensure these wheels meet the needs of serious riders, we conducted extensive testing. Here are the results:

1. Carbon Spoke Tensile Strength Test
The carbon spokes were tested to the breaking point and can withstand a maximum of 400kgf of tension before breaking. This shows excellent strength and reliability even under extreme loads.

2. Simulated Road Fatigue Test
The wheels were put through a simulated ride of 1000km at an average speed of 25km/h.
In this test, the wheels passed over 75,000 simulated obstacles to replicate real-world road conditions.
The wheels showed no signs of structural failure or noticeable wear, demonstrating their durability over long rides.

3. Torque fatigue testing
Front wheel: disc brake side tested 50,000 times under high torque conditions.
Rear wheel: disc brake side and drive side tested 50,000 times each.
The wheels maintained their integrity throughout the test, demonstrating excellent resistance to torque-related stresses, especially under heavy braking and acceleration.

What is the carbon composition in rims and the weight?

Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Re: 650B Carbon Wheelsets?
« on: March 09, 2025, 03:47:02 PM »
Yuanan has stopped selling to people? I bought a pair of 650B in November from them. I'm just about to install them to the bike.
Peter from XM carbon speed has some wheels in that size too. I asked him too about pricing back in November.

Does anybody know the difference between PU+blow molding vs EPS molding? Is Tideace method better than other suppliers of this frame? Maybe they don't use EPS at all and standard bladder instead?

I don't know exactly if the question has been asked here before, I'm interested in the T1100 wheels, but not with carbon spokes but rather with the Pillar Wing 20 for maintenance purposes.

What is the exact difference between 21 and 24 spokes per wheel, are the hubs different or is the difference 36/54 ratchets?
You will have better answer when you ask Peter directly.

The easiest way is to buy Sram RD, two blips and bar end adapters like this:
