well it's not AliExpress price + 10%.
It's actually, at least:

- 30% as specified by HTS code (as per today on every non-deminimis)
- $5 per package customs entry fee
- $10 per package carrier processing fee
- $40 customs broker fee
- 10% extra with the new EO

so expect $850 to pay for a $500 frameset

they're fine. the only caveat is that it doesn't come with any indication of the bolt torque, which is not much. I ended up stripping it but I found a way to replace it

Don't forget that technically, the EU applies an anti-dumping charge to carbon bike components (including frames) from China that goes up to 48.5%. I paid it once for a pair of handlebars in Germany. However, as others said, the safest bet is to opt for DPD/pre-paid duties. ask the seller if isn't immediately available at checkout
