Without the shock, it is perfect; a few bearings got changed. (They were fine; I just did it because I can.)I mean when I have the RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate installed with a 450-pound spring.Well, I do NOT want to spread misinformation. I got in contact with ICAN and showed them that the cable routing was indeed broken. (with a clear video this time; last time it was not so clear)They said they can repair it in China; I have to send them the frame.I am not so sure if they will cover the shipping cost; the email sounded like they would, but they did not say it explicitly.

Well, the reason why I bought the frame is actually because of the noise. I saw that there were cable guides; that was a real plus for me.Probably the reason why I even bought the frame.I managed to break the other end and route the cable; that was a real pain.Well, some discoveries that I made, and maybe you too:When using a coil shock (RockShox Ultimate Super Deluxe) with a 450lb spring, the suspension gets kind of stuck at the beginning. Like, there is a point where you have to overcome a good amount of friction for that part; after that, it is fine.

Yeah, absolute ass that support.They told me that since the frame itself is not broken, I should contact a bike shop to route my cables and put some foam to dampen the noise.Safe to say, their warranty sucks. Will not buy from them again.

The first email landed in spam.They did see it after some time. They will NOT be replacing the frame nor the front triangle. Yeah, really disappointed.

Soooooo I wanted to change my brakes from XT to DB8.I know, I know, for some people that sounds like a downgrade; I don't care.I know that I like SRAM brakes more; I was just trying the Shimano XT ones.Well, when I was routing the new cables, I noticed that the cable guide was broken from the rear brake.So I contacted Ican today to see what they have to say.Since it should be covered under warranty.

I want to replace the bearings, but I can't find the size 22x15x3.5 I am serching on AliExpress because there is nearly everything on there.
Where do you recommend I buy them, and if somebody already did a bearing replacement, could you tell me if it is simple on this frame or if I should be careful around a few parts.
