I have the SP-M05 and the GR058 and I think the weight difference is down to all the 'adventure' bolts and mounting rivets on the GR-058.  I swapped all of mine (but for bidon and mudguard mounts) for plastic blanks and saved 100gr.

T47i as in T47 internal.  Ztto sent me a tool with the BB.  I did the BB a dis-service.... on dis-assembly the BB was still perfect, it was the ratchets in my rear hub that were gritty.

I've had no problems with the drop of the bike and pedal strikes, not sure if the drop is the same across all sizes (mine is a size small).  There again, I'm not doing anything terribly gnarly on the bike, largely broken tarmac to grade 2 gravel.  I basically ride it as a winter bike when it is too muddy / unpleasant to take my SPCycle hardtail 29er out.

Mine is currently in winter mode and I'm very glad it takes full metal mudguards, this was partly why I chose the frame.

Overall I'd still highly recommend it.

I just ordered mine without the integrated bar/stem - there is a port at the top of the fork leg if you are going semi-integrated.

As Hugo says it is T47i....I also originally bought the external.  I'm using the Ztto one which is cheap and is almost dead after 6 months (3 wet months) in the UK.  Considering going with the Hope option next.

I have this frame and bought it for similar fit reasons.  It isn't THAT crazily high stack in reality.  I replaced most of the many, many bolts on the frame with nylon blanks, but I do like the fact I can run Terra Nova 45s with full metal mudguards on it.  There are some toe-overlap issues with this set up, but on this kind of bike it isn't really an issue in my book.  Built up as in the photo it is 8kg on the nose.  I would definitely recommend it.

I've taken the bike for a couple of shortish rides.  The only issues I have with the frame are the headset coming loose, despite proper pre-loading/torquing.  I am pretty sure this is down to the 'C' shaped compression ring, which is not great and I have asked SPCycle for a full 'O' replacement as my build is semi-internal.  They frame itself is great!
I've changed all the bolts (already rusted) for nylon or 4x ti for the bottle cages and saved 48gr for about £3.
The clearance on the frame is enormous, my Panaracer GKSK43s look tiny, it'll fit massive mudguards easily.  Currently toe overlap is zero issue, may be slightly with mudguards to boot.
Have to say, I love the bike and for £1500 all in I think it is splendid.

It took two months from placing order to receipt in the UK.  Still worth it in my mind, the product is good.

I've almost finished my SPCycle GR058 build.  Frame took ages to come and then I ordered the wrong type of T47 (external when I needed internal).  Anyway, it's basically ready for a shakedown in time for the better weather.  Playing around with fit so ignore the swan-neck stem and upturned hoods.  I hate the size of the hydraulic hoods vs the old Ultegra 6800 ones I'm used to.

But the bike is fine, overall.  I thought toe overlap would be a major issue, but it isn't really (might be in winter mode with full 'guards on).  It came out at 8kg without pedals.  I've ordered some nylon M5s as there are so many (already rusting) bolts hanging to the frame that I'll save another 50gr here.  That's about 1kg less than my XC bike, I'm really interested how differently it rides on the same trails.

As others have said, paint looks good but is already flaky; facings & BB threads were clean and true, small parts of acceptable quality, semi-integrated has no sleeves but was alright to build.

If I like it enough I'll buy some Chinese carbon gravel wheels and Conti TerraSpeed tanwalls.  Proper ride report incoming.

Not yet! It is supposed to arrive in the UK on the 25th March....that will be nearly two months from ordering a standard paint colour (turquoise).  At least SP have been responsive on Ali Messenger and I have bought frames from them before so am not fretting too much.

The tracks, roads and trails round me are so water-logged still that it probably hasn't impacted my riding too much.  I'll post some pics as soon as it arrives.

The build will be:

GRX800 1x
ElitaOne post (120gr after cutting down) & saddle (120gr)
80mm Uno stem
180gr Compact carbon road bar
Handbuilt Novatec/Sapim/Pacenti 25s I have hanging around from a commuting build
Silly light rotors from Ali Express
Panaracer GK SK43 run tubeless
XTR SPDs

....an probably some heavy-ass mudguards for most of the year.

Interested to see if it is actually any faster than my SPCyles M-05 XC hardtail with 2.35 Thunder Burt/Racing Ralph combination on milder trails.  This is going to be a winter build in due course so it doesn't really matter! I suspect I know the answer though: it won't be any faster....not that it matters.  Who wants to be first home anyway - particularly when 75% of my rides are solo.
