Yeah, the new ER9 version exists. I just received mine, which I bought directly from the Ltwoo Taobao store for around $420.

I talked to them and they told me: "The Chinese version of the groupset needs to be paired and activated using the Chinese version of the OnelapFit app. However, the overseas phone numbers are not supported for registration in this version." So you need a Chinese phone number for it to work.
