and incur a huge rolling resistance penalty

I mean he asked for the comfort, frame flex also creates inefficiency no? I don't mind losing 1 or 2 watts per tire. Everyone should check bicycle rolling resistance GP5000s tests before having an opinion. (FYI only penalty comes from low pressures, not 32c!)

Frame stiffness is such a subjective thing, hard to argue for or against imo.

Hello guys !
My shimano 105 mechanical front derailleur comes with a cable stopper . Should I run the hose all the way to derailleur and remove the frame cable stopper ?

Thank you !

Running till the derailleur will result in better performance.

If the question is in aero only then there are plenty of ridiculously shaped frames from China which are usually stupidly stiff, thus unridable beyond very good roads.

You can always get 32c tires and run them low psi...

Get some spares axles from VB for the trainer.

Stupid question, is 30mm spacer height safe for this fork (comes with 15+10+5 right)? Including the bottom headset cover it is 45mm. It is a bit above enve and below whisky recommendations. Also, using a micro spacer above the stem would be stupid right? I'm probably paranoid, lol.

Unfortunately, I am in Canada and have to buy from 80 Designer 520$ (after aliX coupon) vs the Ltwoo-official choice shipping 320$. I feel like we are getting hosed on the price. Is there any additional coupons you guys know, especially where to find them etc.? I want to get one but at this rate, gonna have to pass. These shipping restrictions are making me sour on Ali as a vehement user.

Hi everyone,

I have been lurking this website for couple months now. I was wondering if 12 Speed Wired Shimano 105 would be a bad choice for this frameset with integrated bars. Would that be too much kinks and cabling for good shifting performance?
I am thinking about getting a used groupset but having major doubts. I am good at building bikes, wheels but want to be certain before pulling the trigger.

Appreciate any ideas.

Thanks
