I just installed my BigRock cranksets yesterday. Thought I bought 165mm...accidentally bought 160mm oh well haha, I've had 165mm on a TT bike and loved it.
Will do a full review with pics tomorrow, but for now I'm very happy with them! Running Dura Ace chain rings, alignment with the spider is perfect, went together very easily and they look super slick too!

I had a pair of the Black Inc rep handlebars from aliexpress (not sure if they would be exact same as the ones that ship with the frameset), they looked good, shallow aero section which is comfy in the tops, very light and yes a little flexy but to be honest, I think a bit of flex in the bars/stem is ideal. I now have Enve SES bars that came on my new TCR and they are very stiff! I miss the give.

3. Traditional round seatpost. Option for 0 and 20mm setback

I think for a gravel race frame a D shaped seatpost is better. Better aero, and can still be very compliant (Giant D-shape seatpost on the Revolt is a great example, it's as compliant as the Canyon VCLS seatpost imo).

Internal storage would be amazing too!

I'm eagerly awaiting any reviews of the new Ostro Vam V2, I think there are more listings on aliexpress for it now than V1. It seems like they really nailed the gen one reps and everyone was really happy with them, so I wonder how the V2 compares. It's such a gorgeous frame and weight wise very competitive.

Hope so, just orderd a V2 from Taiwan Eisen.
Awesome dude! I'm really curious about the V2s, it seems they nailed the V1's but it is quite an old frame now (2020).
Would love you if ou did a bit of a review/write up once it's built and you've ridden it  :)

Quite frankly I have nothing negative to report or criticize. Easily the lightest and best set of wheels I've used from a value perspective. Mother nature gave me one single day today above freezing, and I was able to get in a 3 hour ride Z2 ride with some intervals mixed in.

GP5000 STR 32c. Running actual tubeless to avoid another audience upheaval on my YouTube. Tires measure 34mm at the rim. 55 PSI

Video drops next week.

Looking forward to the review Pat, they look amazing on the SL8 too, I thought they might look a bit too wide but not the case at all.

Curious if you will notice a difference in feel with the GP5000 STR tubeless, instead of with TPU tubes. I bought a new bike with the STRs + TPU tubes and they felt so...numb I guess, coming from the GP5000 clinchers+TPU's I was running on my other bike. I even noticed when I flick them they would give a dull thud, where as the clincher+TPU would give a nice balloony 'ting'.

I'm currently on Shimano C60 wheels, but would gladly consider selling them for these if they seem good. Save myself 250g or so, wider profiles so I can comfortably run 32mm tires for that smoother ride!

Incredible. I went with the same rims and hubs, but different/thinner carbon spokes.

Excited to hear your review Pat! You've got a wealth of knowledge with testing wheels, and these currently represent the best value/specs (ultra lightweight, carbon spoke, wide int/ext) for money by FAR!

Not with this handlebar, it's the same on the real sl8 with roval rapide cockpit.

$2,399 usd according to the insta post.

Just take the decals off.

Nice dude, I am keen to see some pics and hear more about the ride feel, quality and any issues you have had!

The lighter parts sound great. I haven't heard too much about the Riro crankset, although it is very light. It reminds me of the Cannondale SL crankset and chainrings.
