Any Swiss members on here? I'll be in the Lauterbrunnen Valley next week with the family. Just checking to see if there is anyone on here that may want to play tour guide for a couple of hours if I can sneak away from the wife and kids. Or anyone that may have some suggestions on what to ride. I do have one ride planned already, I just hope it works out. Once I'm in town, I will be checking in with Imboden bike to see what they recommend. I'll post some pictures either way once we are home.

Hub comparison info So I've had this spreadsheet for awhile now but I'm just finally getting around to posting it. If I remember my process correctly, all of these numbers are based off of Boost hubs as that seems to be the most current. So if you're looking for something different, your numbers may vary. Also, all of the information is direct from the manufacturer's site so real world weights may vary slightly but you get the idea.

Re: Let's share our Chinese carbon wheels. I put some new decals on the new wheels.

First is with the flash off and second it is on.

Re: Fovno Crank sets If purple is what you want, here you go! These use the Shimano style bb's but only come in 170mm. Search "IXF crankset" on AliExpress.

Re: Chinertown logo So this is a cut image. Meaning what is black is any color decal material you want and the rest is cut out. This type may not last as long as the thin lines for the letters will tear easier than a solid sticker that’s printed with color.

Re: Chinertown logo If you can do one with just two colors, that would be perfect. The thin parts are easier to get damaged but they are super easy to replace as well.

Re: ZTTO MTB M1 Boost hubs 28H 54T Ratchet Once the end caps are off, you should be able to tap on one end of the axle and have come out the other side as it will take one of the bearings with it. My guess would be that the axle has two shoulders on it that rest against the inner race of the bearing. Once the axle and one bearing is out, slide the axle back in and use it to tap out the other bearing.

I obviously don't have the hub in my hand so this is all based off of assumptions.

Re: Custom Waltly Titanium 29er I wrapped up some of the anodizing. The head tube I had to do twice and the finish is a little more matte than I was hoping for. But overall, I'm happy with the outcome.

Re: I9 Torch hubs / HED carbon 27.5+ wheels $999.99 41mm is ideal for a 2.8 to 3 inch tire. I run a 29x3.0 tire on a 42mm rim on my winter bike. Fat tire bikes are generally 65mm and up.

No shipping from China required as they are name brand wheels from US based company with a few brick and mortar retail locations.

I didn't pull the trigger as I don't have a bike to put them on. I'm generally in the $750 to $800 range for a generic rim on DT 350 hubs so $999 for these is a pretty good value for high end hubs and name brand rims.

Re: E-Bike Forum Section?
Definitely! Maybe separate sections such as frames, batteries, wheels & components would be my suggestion.

Definitely this.

As it gets more popular, this will be great information to have. I've been debating about building a CX E-bike for the wife and I'll be needing this. The wife hasn't approved the allocation of funds yet but it's on my list. She hasn't been riding as much due to a neck issue and doesn't want to ride for as long as I do. We are building a house on the coast of Maine and it would be great to have a couple CX bikes to keep us moving. Mountain riding is out for her for now.
