Hi Axis, when you buy a new from from China, you'll get most of the time a set of QR dropouts and a set of through-axle dropout with a frame. And you can always ask the vendor. For example, someone mentioned Airwolf yesterday: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32783551474.html?spm=2114.12010612.8148356.47.7ce6129atDPrtP It comes with QR-dropout, through-axle-dropout, BB, etc. And on AliExpress you can find a lot of dropper seatposts. I'm using one for two years now and for me it's good enough.
