I looked up the DengFu 27.5er plus bike and it does have boost. So you can build it as a 29er boost and you will have the new geometry with boost. This will probably be my next bike.

I forgot a thing,important..... I want 29"..... And i posted in the 29er forum

27.5 plus is the same diameter as a 29 inch with tires mounted.. Many people run 29 inch rims and tires on their 27.5 plus bikes.

Deng Fu sells a 27.5 plus. You may check it out. Most plus bikes are boost. Not sure if theirs is.

I’m pretty sure the Toray rating on a Cannondale or Specialized is 1100 compared to 700 to 800 for our Chiners (although I can't confirm it). To me, it’s a nicer ride having more flex. I don’t get as beat up. I don’t think softer means any less durable. I’m loving the geometry of my DengFu over the Cannondale and the specialized.

... I believe all carbon frames are subject to breaking. That's the argument for some for purchasing a Chinese frame, it's disposable if you break it...
Cannondale frames have a lifetime warranty and are way stiffer. But you still save going Chinese if you only break it a couple of  times.

... a couple of layers of protection tape should be enough...
Great idea I’ll give it a try. Thank you

  Another racing Ralph?
Yes you are correct, another Racing Ralph Addix. Sorry I should have been more specific. Also, why can’t us Americans spell tyre?

Update:
First real problem. I went from a 2.1 Racing Ralph rear tire to a 2.25 redline. During a race last weekend my rear tire was hitting the frame on hard landings. Just a couple of times, but who wants to rub a frame? Looks like i'm going back to 2.1.

29er / Re: Deng Fu M06 is resold as Zerouno for $10,000 Bike

So it turns out they share the rights to the same mold with a few other companies.  They use stiffer materials and build them in Italy with a lifetime warranty.

29er / Deng Fu M06 same as Zerouno for $10,000
« on: October 09, 2017, 10:01:42 AM »
Zerouno seems to be reselling the $650 Deng-Fu Frame, placing top of the line components on it, and charging $10,000.00

Who would ever have thought a Deng-Fu M06 would sell for 10 grand?

Seems like your turning an XC  Bike into a trail. Not sure it was designed for big jumps. But I remember someone mentioning their plus bike is the same frame with different chainstays. Keep us posted

Hi Peter,
Welcome to Chinertown. If you navigate back to the home page, there is a special section called 29+/27.5+ My next build may be a plus bike. Good luck!

... the lowermost frame linkage axle....

Great explanation. Very good to know. I'm probably not going to mess with anything until the bearings start wearing. Hopefully it will be a while. Thank you so much for your response.

I had hard time trying to remove the axle without unscrewing it.
Sorry for my ignorance, but what is a bottom axle preload bolt?
