I just put together a Carbon Speed 196-SL. The build went very well (accept I was missing a hydraulic fitting for my FSA hyraulic brake line) and want to thank Peter from Carbon Speed for his great service. Below is a parts list from Carbon Speed.
1.) CS-196-SL T800 super light 650B mtb bike frame 27.5er mtb frame 17.5'' BB92 for 142*12mm UD matt finish  - 505 USD/piece for mat
2.) N-SS-HR735C 27.5er mtb bike wheels carbon clincher 35mm wide. UD matt  finish for 100x15/142x12  for XX1 - 555 USD/pair 32/32H built with CX-Delta spokes
3.) ST2 full carbon stem  -  50 USD/piece
4.) SP4 2015 newest 25mm setback carbon seatpost 27.2*350mm  UD matt  - 42 USD/piece
5.) SPC1 full carbon headset spacer 2/5/10/15/20mm UD matt - 4 USD/ set
6.) Two of BC8 full carbon bottle cage, water cage. - 13 USD/piece* 2 = 26 USD
7.) SD2 super light full carbon saddle UD matt. - 45 USD/piece
8.) Rear 142x12 axle - 15 USD/piece
9.)NECO headset - 15 USD/ set

Shipping by EMS for all above items to the US will cost 160 USD total, and 4% commission to PayPal will be charged

So it is (505+555+50+42+4+26+45+15+15+160)x1.04 = 1473.68 USD

I found a great deal on a
DT Swiss ODL One Piece Mag 100 Forks - 15mm 2015
DT swiss ODL remote lock out.
Sram BB92 ceramic
Sram XX! Eagle 1x12 complete set including crank.
FSA K-force brakes and rotors (very nice).
I did have to have the bike shop but on a temporary shimano deore rear hydraulic brake but I put the rest of the bike together myself in about 8 hours.
I ended up racing the bike the day I received it and everything went well on the first race but the second day my rear hanger came loose and the screw fell out (should of checked and re-lock tite those screws) and the rear wheel axle that holds the bearings in came loose. All is all my fault for not testing and tightening before i raced for 3 days straight. The only think that is strikingly different from my mobecane titanium 29er is the ass end likes to be very lively and not planted as firm (not a problem or wrong just different), also it is way more stiff then the flexy titanium. I felt alot more fast on the single track and could accelerate quicker but the 29er rolled faster on the flats. Love the bike and love the 1x12 setup.
Bike weighed in at 20lbs even. YIPEEE
