It looks like a specialized saddle.
If the elita is really 100g for 50 dollars no wonder why it breaks easily ::)

The frame in the video is clearly not the frame in the brochure. Or are they doing like LC and the LCR017-D, with final product different than pictures on website.

What's the real RD301-D looks like? ::)

Just to have an idea and compare different frames, around which value of reach/top tube I should stay in order to obtain neutral/comfortable position (not race or aggressive)?
I'm 174, my gravel is a gra02 size 54(medium), saddle height 72.5, 100mm stem and 2,5 cm of headset cover +spacer.
I think 390 reach on the medium 707 is too much for you, you will feel overstreched with more than 70-80 mm stem. With short stem on a dropbar i feel the steering becomes very direct and a bit twitchy.
For fast gravel roads, S sounds better for lower stack (more aero position) longer stem (more planted)  and more seatpost equal more flex and more confort.
But M can do the job too, it will behave more like MTB.

Don't worry 8 to 10 cm saddle to bar drop is pretty common for a dropbar bike.
You can always add spacer if you're not supple enough to handle a road position but you can't cut a headtube^^

To me, in the case of the 707, for 170cm tall, M size is too long and too high front end.
S is the better option, XS can do the job too but at the price of an agressive position which i won't recommend to a newbie.
And it's be better not to get a combo handlebar as it's your first experience in dropbar bikes.

I'd say no. Unless you want a very relaxed position with short stem, M will be be way too big, especially tall headtube.
You will surely be better on S size.

Who need to be to see that such a shape is not made for claiming aero performance.
Moreover is it hard to compare to the best frames in the market these days?

When i see all the flat sections on the 017-d i doubt this frame is having good aero performance.
Down tube, seat tube and seat post are totally flat right in the airflow...


About the reach/stack you must take account that frames need special spacer to ensure cable routing, thus you can add at least 1,5cm to 2 cm for real stack and 1cm less for reach.

About workswell, they are not selling a lot for single customers.

Except the head angle i find too steep, 70° or 71 for tall sizes will be a better sweet spot between stability and agility, this bike is more or less the same what a famous US graveler will ride this year https://www.instagram.com/p/C2dIgQcOa0w/

For me the tideace is made for rolling fast, thus you don't want Downcountry'esque seat angle and 140-160 is enough for the intented use.

I don't see you on the bike but your saddle to bar drop seems pretty usual for an aero.

Take into account that the chiner's frames are known for being rigid and rough.
Moreover the a22 doesn't seem to have a compliant rear according to the frame design. Added with an aero post and high profile rims, it makes you take all the road imperfections directly in the back.

If not done try to put the maximum tire size you can, tubeless and the lowest rideable pressure. Try a dampening saddle, 3d printed? You won't change the frame to a more compliant one but it can help.
In the life avoiding stupid postures or carrying heavy loads without attention helps too.

If nothing works then change for endurance road bike (like giant defy) ;)

Hi !! Does anyone know the Shotwind brand? and their RS3000 model?
It has UDH and threaded bottom bracket. Can this frame be ordered somewhere?

By the way it seems their products are lexon rebadged and sold near like 3 or 4 times more^^

Grx braze-on derailleur is made for 48-31 or 46-30 and works any 11 speed shifter. Probably a better option than searching for the impossible frame?

From what i read bxt is not the best quality around. Carbonda is much better on this point with probably a better customer service.

I don't really know about ride quality of these frames, but i doubt you will find a big difference, they are chiners without more engineering than it's okay frame don't break^^
Especially in gravel where tyres and contact points makes the big difference.

Geometries are similar so the choice is do you need 400$ difference to spent in better components?

I agree with buying a used frame or bike from a well known brand.
It's easy find a good rim frame like the supersix evo less than the price of a chiner. And ride quality will be for sure much better.

Maintenance is a non issue for me. I don't know where you ride and how, but i do barely nothing on mine, brake pads once a year, shim bsa bracket is here for years^^

You better think about small stuff like hanger, seat post collar, saddle post... With old rim frames it's sometimes not easy to find replacement if these parts are specific.

Carbonda CFR 1056, i read it can handle a bit than more than the 32 claimed.
On this video ( ) a guy runs with schwalbe g-one, probably the 35mm version.
