My 2017 Sid locked out solid with no sag to start and then developed the problem, I'd serviced and re bleed the charger damper but it made no difference, it was only when I spoke to TF Tuned in the UK they advised to send it back for warranty as It was still under 2 years olds I gave it to my local bike shop where I had bought it from and they sent it to Sramtech UK who replaced it with a new in the box 2018 Sid world cup Debonair. If you have warranty on the fork I'd send it back. Heres a complete service guide.
I'll be speaking to Sramtech re the issue with replacement fork next week.

Thanks for the replies, its a new fork out the box so I'm assuming all oil levels are correct and the charger damper is fully bleed, it doesn't sad any more than 35% climbing, my previous 2017 Sid almost locked fully with about 10% when new.

Hi, anyone running Sid with charger damper, does your lockout fully lock the fork out or do you get sag with weight on the bars, just had my 2017 sid wc replaced under warranty by Sramtech UK with 2018 Sid wc with Debonair, if I ride in lockout on tarmac its sagging 30 - 35% fully locked out!!! 65psi in fork (I'm only 66kg) still drops regardless of low speed compression dialled in or not... Any feed back appreciated..
Thanks
Richard

2.1 weighed 610g, my hookless carbon rims are also 23mm internal width. As bxcc said its an awesome tyre, my 2.0 ThunderBurt addix lite skins spun up faster and weighted 460g but the Aspens are faster rolling, higher volume and just out perform them. My change to Ikons for the winter...

Have you looked at Maxxis Aspens? I'm running 2.1 EXO TR's, good tyre volume and super fast rolling and had no issues with grip with the minimal tread. Set up tubeless very easy.

I was going up a long rough byway climb and noticed it creaking so pulled out the seat post when i got home and discovered the damage, shame WorksWell aren't interested in after sales service. I wouldn't buy from them again based on this.  I have my Scott RC frame now so the 062 will be dismantled.

I would advise anyone to hold off buying from WorksWell until they resolve the issue Jar-head and myself are pursuing regarding seat tube cracks.... If they won't honer the warranty...

Looks like I may have a potential fatal defect after my seatpost started creaking, wiped out the carbon paste and noticed the resin is breaking away. The yellow tape has been there since purchase so I assume its from manufacturing???? Its an S-Works Pave seatpost with original WW clamp supplied tightened to 4nm. Awaiting a reply from Candy at WorksWell

Looks like a sharp blade to scrape it from the remaining paint. Good job Jar  8)
