If building a gravel bike, I'd get the L-twoo GRT aluminum 1X12 hydraulic groupset,  at 275 on Ali, its a steal ,and Tracevelo gave a good review of it.  I have TRP HY/RD on my gravel, i love them.

Eddy what's the difference between this frame and the FM-R185 frameset that I purchased?  Looks like just the full internal cabling.  Too bad its still stuck at 28mm tires and 140mm disc.

Considering I can probably get into Sram Rival AXS for around $900.00 +/-  not sure that I'd want to take the chance on a cheaper chinese electro set.  I would on the other had try out the mechanical LTWOO graevel   1X12 set that TraceVelo loved.

Its very comfortable geo, though these shorter chainstays for big guys are weird.  I notice my feet just missing the chainstay while pedaling.

Finally built this up and took for test ride.  Few things to figure out but its done and nice and super light (disregard the eufy vac in the background)

I'm looking at the geo for the orbea oiz m11 axs 2023 and the geo for xl is exactlly the same, between the 2 frames, even the geo charts are the same,  first time I'm excited about a clone.  Specially since they have a straight seat tube.  I'm not a fan of the seat tubes with a bend in them.  I've been looking for a new XC 120 mm frame...

I won't buy a frame that doesn't have BSA / T47.  Threaded is the only way to go.

Gravity I just order 1 of those to replace a post mount TRP  HY/RD on a new flat mount fork.   The Juin are just about as good as the TRP's and I love the TRP's I have on both road and gravel frames.

They said they would replace front triangle under warranty but I will have to pay shipping.  I'm waiting to find out if they can reinforce the seat tube where it bends.

27
LOL I don't think so.  Vivian at TanTan is on the job.  We'll see what she says.

So the frame suffered a catastrophic failure today.  On easy Houston single track called the possum,  the possum bit , and the seat tube cracked then completely broke at the point that it makes a bend right at the shock hardware mid mount.  Hopefully TanTan doesn't take forever with the warranty stuff.

Julian ,  From what I understand the FM936 at 42.5 mm shock is basically 115mm rear end, so your calculations are pretty close.  And that rear stay has some flex.

MARCOPL   that looks pretty normal.  If that were on the outside I'd have a problem with it.  Get a file and smooth it off.  Kind of the trade off you get for getting a frame that was probably 20% the cost of a BIG BRAND NAME frame ....
