I've been looking for a 120mm frame for some time now to replace my 036. Can't wait to see more information on that one!

I never got any answer when I wrote to Peter's foxmail account. But through his gmail it always worked fine and he was fast to answer.

I think the most reputed company is https://www.lightbicycle.com/. Peter at http://www.xmcarbonspeed.com/ is also someone you can trust. I used both of them so far without any problems.

For the chain line, if the Race Face Aeffect is like the Turbine, you only need to flip the chainring to get the right chain line. this way, it will curve outside instead of inside.

Every shops in Europe stopped selling SRAM part to US/Canada in 2016. SRAM threatened then of removin their rights to sell SRAM parts if they weren't stoping. Same goes for Shimano stuff since January 1st 2019 at Chain Reaction Cycles. I hope it won't expand to other online shops in Europe for Shimano.

Component Deals & Selection / Re: What is Deore XT to SRAM equivalent?

NX is more in line with Deore

Looking at your needs, you should look for a 29+ instead since you want to run 29x3" as the biggest tires.

For hub spacing, I think 197 rear and 150 front is where everthing is aiming right now in order to fit big tires like the Snowshoe XXL (26x5.05").

Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Re: Road frameset U-brake [Hongfu]

I've been using my Dengfu FM-098 bike for the past 6 years and can't complain about it. It's no lightweight but I really like it. I'm pretty sure you could have it for less than what you're ready to pay right now since it's an old frame.

Just a few advices for everyone buying a frame from chinese sellers.

-Never pay the full price until they are ready to ship. Give an account of around 10% first.
-Ask for pictures before full payment.
-If you see something wrong on the picture, ask them to correct the problem and send you new pictures before full payment.

Remember, what they want is your money so they will be easier to deal with as long as they don't get all what you own them! :)

I always use Paypal and my account is only linked to my credit card. This gives me twice the protection! ;)

I've been also searching for some time for a chiner with nice rear tire clearance and around 120mm of rear travel and every time I seems to end up on the Guerilla Gravity website looking at the Trail Pistol. :)
