For my mtb i ordered 2 rims
29"
Asymetric
30mm
Hookless
28/28 holes
I weighed 312gr for a rim

A guy in France mounted with novatec hub
D792-b12 for the rear
D411Sb for the front

Spokes are:
Front -->pilar xtra 1420 aero(bought at sky bicylce)
Rear --> dt swiss(i don't know the exact ref)

Weight :
558gr front
744gr rear
I rided them for 500km and all is ok


For my new project road disc bike ,i ordered a complete wheelset at sky bicylce because i have had a good feeling with that shop.
This wheelset should be at 1330gr
Asymetric rims
Height 42mm
With novatec 411/412
24/24 holes

When i will recieve it,i write a debriefing.

hello

i want a comfortable frame with discs,so there are several possibilities.

gravel or endurance.

i wanted a Cube Attain(i found just the frame with good price) but it's a special fork with 1 1/8-1 1/4,so I was looking for the Chinese frame.

my wishes :
- price around 500$ maxi
- carbon frame
- disc (if possible 160mm)
- tapered fork
- comfortable geometry
- if possible a seat tube "classic" (more easy to find)

the next one is more expensive,but i live in France,there is not shipping fee,no customs fee,and I can pay in several times.

all chineses frames can have custom painting for good price(around 50-80$).... for the merida it will be more expensive to paint(around 150-400€) and i don't want(know) to do it myself.

Yesterday I bought a carbon wheelset.
The seller is xmplay.
I were in contact with Bert since december,she's very cool.

We have been ok with a good price,and i'm waiting to receive it,after i will be able to test and write something about those wheels.

Rims are HR930C and hubs are novatec wieght is around 1500gr.

I am interested recently in the Chinese framework, but what I could see for the moment, they are older generation executives.
very few have the boost format.
rear dimensions to 440mm .... what's that? a tank?

Since most major brands manufacture in China, why can not we find the OEM of orbea, ktm, canyon etc ...

I would dream to find the mondraker podium carbon frame, I love it.

so my question is:

which manufacturer will allow me to find a recent geo (in tune with the times)?
