Such a thing may not even exist, as aero bikes - by definition - are supposed to have a low stack. My advice would be to go for an endurance frame, such as the Carbonda 1056, and fit a longer stem. That frame has the steeper angles and shorter wheelbase of a race frame, combined with the high stack of an endurance/gravel frame, but still offers fully internal cabling. If you fit a set of aero wheels, it'll look just like any other modern race bike. And as an added bonus, a longer stem will offset the otherwise twitchy handling you may get if you'd fit it with a shorter stem and narrow handlebars.
I have a 1056 myself, but needed to use a 90mm stem for my fit, and combined with a 40cm handlebar, it's just too twitchy for me, as I regularly have to ride in strong crosswinds. Back to gravel bikes for me
