Author Topic: Anyone familiar with "Huizhou Chyane Bike Technology" or "CAMP" frames?  (Read 983 times)

Hello!

First-time poster (noob) here, I have been building lots of bikes for my friends, family and some clients (mostly Cervélo) using big brand names for years but I am getting into the direct to consumer frames from china now. I have been in touch with the usual suspects (Tideace, Hygge, Speeder, Serpah/TT) but have also come across the following, Chyane Bike: https://chyanebike.en.alibaba.com/

I haven't been able to find anyone who actually bought these bikes or people who are familiar with it. From a price perspective, they do offer some very attractive road aero framesets.

Hoping anyone can tell me their experience with them, or give me some tips on what to look for when going for a manufacturer like this.

never heard of Chyane, but CAMP Bikes are pretty common here in Malaysia (Southeast Asia), easy to get one during the pandemic years (20-22)

They are priced around the likes of Twitter & Alcott. Prices vary from groupset & wheelset used with some frames have UCI certification IIRC.

A few friends ride them and haven't heard any issues.

Someone here might be able to point what frames are they using if open mould..

Let me take the change to question you since you are from Malasya. I'm going there end of november. Is is worth it to buy groupsets there?

In EU a full 105 (rotors, cranks etc) costs around 1000€ and the Wheeltop one it's around 550€+ eventual taxes. What are the prices you have there and where to find them - if worth it

full 105 groupset is price starts around 700-800 EUR here. Varies by state/online shopping platforms/LBS.

Thanks. It's not worth it. I forgot to mention 1000 was the di2 105
