Good morning everyone, I also purchased this m1 hub with 54t movement disastrous result, only after 5km of testing the

Bummer to hear about the poor performance, from what I've read, even the gen 1 DT 54t hubs were questionable.  Rule #1 do not go with the 54t variants, only go with the 36t or 18t ratchets and use a super light lube in them.  You should be able to get the lower tooth count star sets from Ztto if issues persist and pop them in.  Trailbike 1 now at 32K km, trailbike 2 at 24K km, original stars, bearings, and springs, both freehubs cleaned and relubed about every 2.5K km when replacing cassettes.

Specialf.

Last night I tested the rear hub well.
before going out I cleaned, degreased and blew the ratchets well, then I lubricated only the parts that rub with grease, a little grease and not thick.
during the ride the hub was perfect.  never a hiring problem.
When I assembled it for the first time, I mistakenly filled the freewheel with stringy grease and it probably prevented movement, even creating suction cup or thickness effects; this was due to the malfunction.
