What Black Friday or Cyber Monday Deals are you taking advantage of?

Here's one I saw, but not using.

LiteSpeed Black Friday, some of thier older 2012 road bikes are priced reasonably.

I just got a new pair of Louis Garneau Graphite MTB shoes for 162.49$ CAD instead of 324.99$ CAD. Previous sale was at 254$ CAD for those shoes. My old Louis Garneau T-Flex 300 are 8 years old (and somewhere around 25000Km) and are starting to fall apart a little. I hope those shoes will be as good as the old ones.
