if you already have the wheels should be ok, however all new wheels are boost, don't think I would invest on non-boost frames.

Geometry is a bit oldschool and awkward, steep HA (71,5 in 19" is crazy), reach is really short, chainstays too long... who wants a MTB like this nowadays?
Good point is that rear triangle is probably very confortable with flatten chainstays and seatstays.

If you want to do gravel roads with 120mm stem it's a good frame, if you want something fun on trails go away.

I race a lot of xc. Right now I'm running the cs-057. It is a little slacker than this. I'm in Michigan so we don't have a ton of elevation. Which I wouldn't be park riding or doing downhill on a 800 gram hardtail frame anyways. I've also ridden an older stumpjumper which is 71 degrees. Bike felt really good. Boost is cool and all but I still think it's going to be a few years out before I switch over. Still looking for anyone who has dealt with this company?

Looks good to me. The frame almost has the geometry as the Stumpjumper/Workswell 062.

Would be nice to know if the 29er can carry 2 bottlecages..

Workswell WCB-M-062: 7905 grams
Focus Cayo Evo 2.0: 6260 grams
