Full suspension XS frame, 26 or 27,5 for Trail/Enduro?

I want to build a bike for a 11yo boy, 71cm legs (inseam), full suspension, Enduro/Trail. Weight is key, and a slack geometry. Can anyone recommend a 26" or 27,5" XS (14 or 15") frame, and carbon wheels maybe?
