Frame color codes

Mr. Long:
My wife recently picked up an ICAN SN04 in blue after trying out mine and loving it. 
Unfortunately, the paint is not durable.  It chips if you even look at it wrong.  12 miles on a Central Florida trail and it needs touching up all over.  She contacted ICAN for the color code and received this in response:

Anyone know how to translate it?
