ICAN P9 - Shock Options/bushings
« on: October 22, 2020, 11:07:19 AM »
Hello,

I'm looking to see if anyone has used other shocks other than the recommended 210x55 (150mm travel) on the ICAN P9 frame. I've heard 210x57 or 216x63 will work too. Can anyone confirm this and how much travel does your bike have now?

Secondly, what size shock hardwear does it use? 22x8 or 22.2x8?

Here's a pic of my 29er P9:

What travel have you on the front out of interest? Has anyone tried to put a super high end shock like a push sixeleven on a p9? As they tend to be custom built to particular bike frames i doubt it, what main brand bikes suspension setup most closely resembles a p9?

Probably a Norco Sight of a couple of years back or Scott Genius or Ransom. Maybe Canyon Strive.

I run 160mm out front and used the fox dhx2 coil shock.
