Any recommendations for good quality longsleve jerseys. I normally buy from siroko and would like to get similar quality.

Because I have 4 bibs here with EI pads (2 ykyw, 1 spexcel), and they're still very nice to ride in, we'll after a year of frequent use
I don't really know if real or fake, cannot say for sure.
What I can say is that the ones I have are well finished and comfortable.
I'd expect that for these more known brands it's real ones. But then there are 'shady' brands with much lower cost advertising EI, those cases I'd be sure it's fake

Comparing the real elastic interface pads from some major brands to those from Chinese brands reveals that they are not the same in terms of material and comfort.

I don't know about Siroko, but Darevie's jerseys are quite good for me. And that cats'n'dogs Mieyco/Kemaloce jersey or set is a must have just for fun.

I got some of those GIYO Bullet handlebar mitts that Shinobi_77 recommended for trying out.

No real-world experience in the cold yet, but a few additional pieces of more general info. Being rather huge slabs of 5 mm neoprene (it really is that thick) ... yea, the stated weight of roughly 300 g is very real. With the mtb version, you may have to restrict the amount of clutter on your bars. I assume, most brake levers and shifters would work OKish, but more than that might be a stretch. With a little force, I got them past Magura MT levers and very short inner bar ends, kinda works, but it's definitely on the tight side.

getting in/out in a hurry (especially getting out in a matter of fractions of a second because unforeseen crap or signalling in city traffic)

I don't think that's much of an issue with these. The mouth is fairly wide and has no cuff - so as long as you remember to pull you hand back first (instead of moving to the side), you should be good.

"winter" gear update. Tested the gloves mentioned earlier in the thread. EXTREMELY warm, so much that my hands sweated. 85km at 6 degrees Celsius, 35kmh average, windy and no sun.
A bit bulky, but you can still shift and brake. For girls especially who tend to always have cold hands, a blessing. For me, it was arguably too warm, but that's a happy problem really.
Winter shoes (40 euro on AliExpress). Sole is very soft, so forget performance. I had cold feet a tiny bit on that ride, but nothing too unpleasant. With my regular shoes, I would have been very cold and miserable. Boa lacing, for the price and convenience, it's a win. They seem well made. I used a cotton sock, I'll try a wool sock.
I really like the wind jacket (mentioned earlier in the thread). On that 6C ride, mostly in Z2, base layer, plastic LS TS, merino wool LS TS, jacket, buff around the neck. Long BIB. I felt great, neither hot nor cold.

No worries! I guess I was just out of luck. After you receive them, you should wear them on a ride as soon as possible. If there’s a problem, you can open a dispute on AliExpress. The first pair of YKYW bibs I got was great with no issues, but I didn’t wear the second pair until a month later. I didn’t realize that PayPal only covers issues for 30 days after receiving the item.

I just received them and realized I had it all backwards. I had actually, for some reason, bought InBike bibs and YKYWbike jersey. The InBike bibs are fine, from what I can tell just by trying them on. I'll know more when the temp dips a bit more and I ride with them (weird warm spell at the moment).

I'm quite impressed with the quality of the YKYWbike thermal jersey, though I realize between this and a gilet I bought from them, their sizes run very small. The gilet is way too small for me, the jersey is just a little too small for me.

Can I have the AE link for the gloves and shoes please? Very interested in those since I almost lost a toe the other day cycling in my regular shoes even with some covers on top of them (exaggerating ofc but do not want to repeat).

Also, how's the shoe's fit? Did you up-/down-size compared to your other cycling shoes?

The shoes i sized up one size as per reviews. Maybe sizing up two sizes assuming thick wool socks is the right move. Definitely need one size up either way
If the soles were stiff, they'd be amazing.

The gloves I took the 3m version that costs a bit more. So warm, the other ones might be better :p

@Serge about the hiserwa windbreaker: Is it any thick or just a thin windbreaker? I see you have a size M but you're about my size, is this the right size? I usually prefer asian size L for jerseys
And do you still use the "thermic" spexcel jersey or is it a complete spongy waste of money even under 5°c?

I have the next step up in price of the YKYW thermal bibs in that temp range https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804935266046.html.   It has a red chamois that says Elastic Interface, but I assume that the chamois is a "knock off" BUT the bibs/chamois are OK.

I took a swing on the new winter/fleece YKYWBIKE stuff and... it doesn't quite match the quality I've expected from them. Well, maybe the quality is fine, but the sizing feels completely different.

Holy shit, how is this from the same manufacturer? I ordered a size up compared to the jersey I mentioned above and this thing is atleast 2 sizes smaller. It's insane how differen the sizing is. highly recommend 2 size up if you're considering.

Got the ykyw fleece, this is my 3 item from them. My first jersey from them is very nice but is atleast 1 size big cause I ordered that by looking a L/XL type sizing instead of measurements. I know better now.
This fleece is super duper nice, bit more expensive compared to others, but it\s extremely fitting and the correct length. Just how I like it. It helped me ride in cold dutch days and was my only layer in rain and wind. It held up well and it cleaned up just fine after the rain.

Have another bibs from ykyw, both have same chammy , this is thinner/finer material like pas bibs I think. I like it. It was fine for my 6 hr ride.

I really needed this to be a super fitting jersey and it delivered. I really like it. Can't say how it compares with the real maap, but I like it better than my ykyw summer jersey ( that is also loose on me ). I would really like to get a few more of these but without maap/pas branding. If anyone know if this factory also produces their own label or no-label, I would really be interested in that.
