https://www.bicycle.engineering/ are the designers of the frame.

These are not open mold frames in the sense that they are sold to other brands. As far as I know Arc8 is the only place to buy these, they just bought the design from someone else.

"Please make sure, that the effective tire width is not any bigger than 30mm."
How old is that frame, and when are manufacturers going to get the memo?
This looks like the perfect frame for the mountains, but i'm not buying a frame that can't take 32C, too many secondary mountain roads that have bad asphalt, pot holes, gravel, debris, those annoying bars to prevent cattle from crossing roads, there's every reason to ride wide tyres. And if tiny tiny Pogacar rides 30C on gravel wide rims, well...
Fast on the flat. And nowhere else.

I use this frame (labelled as Müsing Aviator), and ride with tires that measure 32mm. There's still more than enough clearance, and a bit wider tires would be possible.

So maybe there is chance to find the supplier in the far West

https://www.bicycle.engineering/ lists Musing as a partner brand, but as far as I can tell, that brand is dead.

IIRC, Musing has operated under the Focus brand for at least 10 years now.
