Anyone recognize this frame?

So i stubmled across this frame on Flea market (This platform is primarely used for selling used items, but also some taobao seller has more products in there, and it's a real gem sometimes). 

I think it's one of the best looking frame with right design decisions, but i coudn't find any manufacturer info, though i asked the seller, and will add if he send me additional info. something.

The weight of the frame is around 1100g and here all info i could find from the description:

The main part is cost, though they doesn't include BB, headset bearings, probably saddle clamp and few other things, it cost just 200$

Yes, very similar, i actually own x-38 and i honestly hate design of the front part, fork doesn't have uniform width, and headtube top part looks ugly. So i was looking to swap the frame with this one, do you think it's good idea?
