I've been working with Ti-Bikes on a tandem bike. Would like opinions on the frame and if I'm overlooking anything.

The bike will use SRAM AXS; Force Wide front derailleur w/frame clamp, 2x chainrings 50t/34t, Wide cranks, 10-36t cassette, Gates CDX 39t timing rings w/belt, 68mm wide T47 external bearing bottom bracket, eccentric front bottom bracket

I don't know that much about tandem design, but this builder does Z-style couplers, which might be a nice upgrade vs. S&S.

oh, I didn't realize they offered that style of couplers. I'll have to ask them.

Did you consider the UDH standard (Universal Derailleur Hanger) ?
From my understanding of the drawing it doesn't look like to be.
And it is a good option to find easy replacement or eventually going with the new SRAM derailleurs.
