Shipping from Ali Express and china

Covid has caused a shipping backlog. I think that a lot of stuff was shipped on planes that are not flying. I ordered 3 items in March and only one has shown up. BTW don't complain about pay pal charges. If you have to involve pay pal it gets the Chinese vendor attention.

It may depend where you live(Belgium here).
I started to receive wheels, frames and Aliexpress items for a few weeks now.
And on some rare occasions, cancelled shipments.
