Looking at a new build

Hi, Iv been on the hunt for a new road bike build for a while now. What I want is an aero shape with disk brakes. I am a fairly big rider so superlight frames don't really work for me. What I have my eye on it this frame
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000672137626.html?spm=a2g0s.8937460.0.0.4b202e0e0K6WCC
which can't be beaten on price. Anyone got any experience on this? also, they have this note which I don't understand: "ATT: The headset of the frame does not need the bottom bearing" anyone shed some light on this would be helpful.

Intriguingly cheap indeed
Did you try to contact them through the "Contact the seller" option ?
And the note about not accepting less than 4* evaluation is quite funny.
TanTan is a good seller/builder.
You may contact them directly from

Good price, but it does not include thru axles, headset. In the end the price should not be too much lower with other frames, including prepaid duty shipping.
The note on not accepting reviews under 4 stars is kind of creepy.
