8x22.2 looks close enough with the fox hardware.  Always easier to shave off material than add more.

Rockshox 22mm is actually 21.85mm but I've not added a Fox shock on a frame that didn't come with one already.  That might be a size option for your mounting hardware.  I have also filed these down because of what we'll call "manufacturing tolerance," so that is a way to get the job done :)

Just ordered mine up, Medium/Orange. Eddy has been fantastic to work with. Very professional and quick to respond to us.

8x22mm front
8x30mm rear

According to the Tideace listings.

In reality its 8x30 Front and 8x22ish rear. Reversed from what is published on aliexpress
This means the bearing mount shocks that typically come with Santa Cruz bikes will not work as the rear shock mount is not wide enough.. I learned this the hardway....

Ugh, that sucks since I bought the HT specific one as well.  Also because those big bearings give it that super plush ride something that the standard bushings will make it hard to replicate.

Geekbox32 - thanks for the measurements and info on the shock.  A small solace - the bearings at the other end make the shock easier to disassemble/service.  Can you fit the calipers in with the inside measurement for the 22.x section?  It looks like the install kits for fox change every .2mm

At this point I think we need @Eddy-haideli to give us full proper specs.  Parts are hard to come by as is, it would be nice not to have to buy twice because the frame specs are wrong.  It is shipping now, this shouldn't be a guessing game for us.

Damn that's a huge bummer. I did the same thing. Bought a super deluxe that was taken off a new Bronson for this frame. But I also ordered a hightower lower link to see if it fits ( fortunately,  its returnable if it doesn't), so hopefully I can still fit this shock if it does

I'm going to grab the standard 55mm damper when, if ever, it is back in stock.  I'd rather spend another $58 then try and find the standard damper version of the 210x55 Super Deluxe Ultimate. And maybe a needle bearing kit for the rear mount if we find out what size it actually is...

The rod end of the shock has to be at the rear. The Shock can/piggy back is too fat to fit through the frame.  I tried to see if it would fit reverse and it doesnt seem like that would work. If it did, it would be very difficult to add air to the shock.

I'll try to get better measurements later today if not it wont be until next week as i'll be out of town for the weekend...

I'm also waiting for a orange medium size, in painting process they say.
Thanks to geekbox for all the information; as parts shopping is very difficult now it's better to have as much information as possible before the frame arrives.
So:
- the included bottom bracket is of decent quality (bearings) or is better to buy another one? The replacement of a press fit BB could be painful.
-the included rear axle is bolted, not quick release?
-same for seat post collar, bolted not quick release?
-Regarding shock mount hardware, we need to look for the bushing but the bolts are included? In the photo the measurement of 22.6 mm doesn't look exact, maybe it is 22.0 mm as haideli claims?
Thanks in advance and good luck to everybody with the project.

@snacks - if the lower link fits you can run the 30mm bearing mounts front and rear - pretty cool.

@darius72 - check out the ZTTO thread together Bottom Bracket.  The body is similar to a Wheels Mfg one and only costs around $20.  You can swap in enduro bearings if the stock ones don't do what you need.

Attached is a better measurement of the rear shock mount. I also did doubles check to make sure that the shock mount was indeed 8mm.

Also the bike comes with a standard boost thru axel, some generic bottom bracket, bolt on seat post clamp and a headset with a compression type plug.

Edit: I didn't realize the photo was cropped for the rear shock

Does anyone have the thread pitch on the rear axle and the length?
