Narrow carbon handlebar with internal routing
« on: August 13, 2021, 02:30:40 AM »
Hi everyone,

I'm in the market for a 38cm handlebar (not integrated) with internal cable routing. I'd prefer to not order on aliexpress for knock-offs, as I think that buying directly from brands is more reliable for parts like handlebars. The only bars that I've found that fit my description are the Carbonda CHB826, but I'm not sure about cable routing. On one picture it seems like they would exit in the clamping area (not what I want) whereas on the geometry sketch they seem to exit slightly before, which is much better to fit on my Giant stem.

Do any of you guys know if the Carbonda are OK for internal routing? Or do you know any other brand that does 38cm handlebars?
Thanks!

Just ask them for details or some pictures.

I have this one on my gravel bike( flared ).

The smallest is 400, while I'm using 380 usually, this one fits me well.

It has all the holes required.
At the bottom for the cable port.
An exit at the hoods.
Near the stem on both sides.
And a hole at the back if you want to route the cables through the stem.

Yup, I've asked them about that. But I wanted to know if there were some other brands that did the same in case the Carbonda doesn't have internal routing.
